Day 3
This morning I found myself waking up from a wonderful dream that I couldn’t believe I was having while I was in the dream. It was a very lucid dream and felt as if it was a glimpse of what could be. I was with people I admire and most that I have not met (Yet) They were talking about their beginnings on their path. It was a powerful mixture of passion, determination, fear, and trail and error, but also listening and tuning into our shadow self with vulnerability and humor. It was wonderful advice from masters of the Craft and it was all revealed in the power of a dream… And something so much more.
As we are making our way towards the darkest and longest night, a feeling of gratitude moves me this morning. If not for the deep current of energy that moves us into the dark part of the year, the ability to look into our darkness may not be so profound. The power we give ourselves to pause and reflect during this time allows us to see the contrast of our own shadow and light. As we sit within those shadows, what will you offer your shadow to ease it, care for it, and witness it? What are you afraid of? Why? What anxiety makes itself known when you dream? How can you offer your light to yourself and kindle that sacred flame?
Be well today on your path,
